For our romantic escape, we were excited to find an automated hotel. It was neat to check in, and we enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the convenient parking.
Our experience was marred by several issues. We had trouble accessing the hotel with our credit card, and the self-check-in machine didn't work for us. Some of our reservation details were wrong, and the staff was not available to assist us when we needed them most. Additionally, our room was not set up correctly, and some of the advertised amenities weren't available to us. our stay was not what we had hoped for.
